Soldering materials can now be melted and maintained at a constant temperature with WAAGE's new melting pot. This highly accurate integrated system can maintain the solder bath surface temperature with a fluctuation tolerance of ±9 degrees Fahrenheit.
The melting pot has a temperature range of 150-550 degrees Fahrenheit.

Round Solder Melting Pots

WAAGE Series MP Electric Melting Pots are commonly used for alloys with melting temperatures up to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit . They can be equally effective for production or individual requirements. Sizes of 1 of to 500 lbs are available.

Rectangular Solder Melting Tanks

WAAGE Series RSP Electric Solder Tanks are specially designed for printed circuit fabrication, and work well in either a manual or a completely automated assembly system. A wide open top with shallow depth offers maximum dipping efficiency for flat or edge dipped circuit boards, and wide flanges provide easy mounting of assembly jigs for accurate production dipping. Available in capacities of 10 to 135 lb.
Models up to and including 1600 watts are furnished with a 6', 3 conductor, grounded cordset. All other models must be wired directly to the junction box provided on the tank.

Wave Solder Pots

Eliminate dross problems with WAAGE's DST series dynamic solder pots. All stainless steel construction assures no contamination of solder from the crucible, and insures a clean surface for soldering boards and leads. Avaialble with 2 3/8 inch or a 1 inch x 4 inch rectangular wave. Larger tanks available as custom fabrications. Supply voltage is 120 volts, single phase.

• Envior-Safe®235 - LEAD-FREE solder, Non-toxic for a safer workplace. Alloyed from ASTM Grade "A" tin, pure silver, and copper-enhanced alloy to give excellent properties.
  
• SOLU-CORE - Water Washable Core Solder
  
• CLEAN-CORE - Ideal for hand soldering operations that do not require a cleaning process after soldering.
