 Hot Melt Protective Strippable Coating  Peel Coat
WAAGE hot melt strippable coatings are easily applied by immersing the part to be protected in the molten plastic for only 1-2 seconds. The plastic will solidify in less than a minute, leaving the part completely protected. And, since the plastic coats without adhering, removal is as easy as peeling an orange or banana.Most coatings are available in transparent and opaque colors. Normal thickness is 80-90 mils, and 8 lbs. of solid plastic will melt into one liquid gallon, which will provide approximately 4000 square inches of coverage at 1/10" thickness. Use Peel Coat for rust prevention, product identification, inventory control, and to enhance the appearance of the product. Both the item and its part number are clearly visible through the transparent coating, and the part is protected from abrasion and handling damage.
