 Hot Plates Thermal Sealing
WAAGE hotplates are used for heat sealing and thermal processing under closely controlled conditions. The aluminum tops on these compact units provide uniform distribution of heat. The heating elements are attached directly to the underside of the plate with stainless steel reflectors. The insulated heating chamber is enclosed in a heavy gauge aluminized steel housing 5 inches high. All models are equipped with 300-700°F thermostat available in 115 and 230 V AC.
Single and Double Burner
WAAGE single and double burner hot plates are designed for heavy duty laboratory and industrial use. Standard models have stainless steel tops with
heavy gauge steel frames finished in durable baked hammertone enamel.
The D8F models are controlled by an infinite switch; the D8C models by
a reciprocating 3-heat switch. The heating elements are of the swaged tubular type that can be easily and safely raised for cleaning. Spilling or
boiling over cannot harm these units. These hot plates are also available
in all stainless steel construction. Attractively designed, these hot plates
can be used in lunch rooms, schools, hospitals, etc.
